The Commander
Central router and decision-maker for the rest of the mesh.
The Commander is the only agent that is allowed to decide who else works. It decomposes a request, assigns specialists, holds for approval when policy says so, and reports status back to Empire X. Operators talk to Commander when the work spans more than one specialty.

The Foreman
Crew management, English/Spanish field translation, performance dossiers.
Built for First Response crews. The Foreman tracks who is on a job, translates field communication in English and Spanish, and writes performance dossiers so a lead is not reconstructing the week from texts. It is an HR and dispatch specialist, not a generic assistant.

The Legal Shield

The Auditor

Crews already take photos. The Auditor reads them for missing PPE, incomplete installs, water risks, and quality misses before they become callbacks or claims. Findings land on the job record with the image, not in a separate safety app nobody opens.

The Vault
Encrypted archive that sorts files from content analysis.
The Vault agent is the librarian. It classifies uploads—estimate, insurance cert, job photo, brand asset—and files them so Commander, Foreman, and humans retrieve the same object. Encryption and access policy come from Control; the agent just refuses to be a junk drawer.
